Ben started his property management career in October 2010 as an assistant property manager in Malaysia. He was promoted to be the head of the leasing team in 2014, overseeing the leasing operations within a team of 6 people. His greatest achievement during that time was when he leased 55 units within 45 days, followed by a team effort to successfully lease more than 200 apartments within 60 days in 2015.

In 2016, Ben moved to New Zealand with his partner, where he worked in the food and beverage industry, gaining the customer relations experience he has now. Ben returned to the property management industry in 2018, managing 120 properties and continuing to grow as a property manager with the Professionals Onehunga team.

Ben speaks multiple languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Indonesia Javanese and English. He enjoys spending his down time swimming, playing Lego and being a massive foodie like the rest of our team!
