Prior to joining us at Professionals, Demi spent the last seven years in the customer services industry. She has spoken with tens of thousands of people from all over the country with a generous portion of her communications relating to customer complaints.

Demi is approachable, empathetic, and prides herself in following ethics in her work. Her experience with resolving thousands of various customer issues makes her perfect in assisting daily office and property manager needs. She enjoys working with others and providing her best support to all team members.

Demi’s interests lie in the arts; From photography to stand-up comedy, Demi enjoys experiencing humanist stories from all sorts of creative outlets. Outside the office, Demi prioritizes spending quality time with family and close friends.

As a new member of the team, Demi is ready for all the challenges she would face in her role.
