Taylor is new to the property industry, however, she has worked in a variety of customer facing and administration-based roles giving her a wealth of experience and knowledge in client care and customer service. Her background lies mainly in hospitality and she has held the front of the house management positions.

She enjoys the client-facing aspect of her role and has a natural ability to connect with people - both over the phone and in person, which is a vital skill in providing a warm welcome to our clients. She also enjoys the variety that comes with office administration - no day is ever the same!

Outside of work, Taylor has a strong interest in softball. Taylor currently began tutoring softball to children in the Auckland area. She also loves theatre and travel - although she would like to keep her feet planted firmly in New Zealand for now.

Taylor has relished the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of an industry that is completely new to her, and looks forward to learning more and progressing with the team in the future.
